I'm not allowed to wear makeup, so I'm making this for my minions. I have NOT COMPLETELY done this yet, its still drying, but I will let you know tomorrow how it went, make some more and post pictures.
How to make eyeshadow without mica: (I had to search for awhile to find this without mica)
Its just Baby Powder and Food coloring, mix together and let dry.
I have blue fingers because of this. ��
